Our client, is the largest Ceramic Tile Manufacturing Company in Kenya. The company deals with production of Ceramic Tiles. The company is seeking to recruit 1 competent and qualified Marketing Supervisor with at least 3 years experience with the following descriptions and specifications.
WORK LOCATION: NAIROBI
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage, and coordinate construction activities to ensure quality,accuracy, and on-time completion in compliance with plans and specifications
- Coordinate and direct subcontractor schedules and activities,provide assistance to construction workers as needed.
- Perform field inspections, analyze progress, and report findings,maintain quality control throughout the project.
- Support all phases of construction from planning to completion, including sub-contractor bidding, design review, and project oversight
- Oversee all advertising projects and actualizations.
- Supplier(s) and contractor (s) sourcing , negotiations and onboarding.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing projects reports.
- Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Education and other Qualifications
1.MUST have a Degree in Building and Construction/ Interior Design/ Building
and Construction management.
2. Should have 3+ years experience in supervision of new construction and branding.
3.Should have a good background in data analysis, BOQ (s) audit/translation
and project management.
4.Should be excellent in Microsoft Office.
5. Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret
technical drawings and contracts.
6. Strong leadership skills, project coordination, and time management
