LOCATION: ONE MT. KENYA AND ONE EASTERN
GROSS SALARY: KSH 30,000 TO KSH. 40,000 PLUS COMMISSION
PRODUCTS: BABY DIAPERS, WET WIPES, SANITARY PADS AND ADULT DIAPERS
Purpose
The purpose of this job is to provide leadership for the sales team in the assigned sales territory
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Appoint distributors in every potential town of the territory or as per agreed company policy 2. Liaise with the distributor and his sales team on a daily basis to ensure secondary sales as per target 3. Work in the distributor's retail market at least once a month
4. Appoints wholesalers and other customers for the distributors to help him achieve targets
5. Review with team and management every Saturday on target vs achieved and other market issues 6. Prompt payment collection from the distributor
7. Carry out all below-the-line marketing activities in the market
8. Other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualification and Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution
2. Work experience of at least 3 years in sales of FMCG
3. Good knowledge of sales and marketing
