An exciting and urgent opening for an experienced Sales Manager to be based in Mombasa for a global shipping and logistics company.
The job holder will be responsible:
1. Overseeing and managing the sales and customer services function for the company.
2. The job holder will articulate and implement the sales and business development strategy.
3. Lead the department’s operations.
4. Oversee and manage the team’s performance to meet the set targets & customer needs.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements 5+ years of solid experience in shipping and logistics.
Strong communication and networking skills.
A successful and demonstrable track record of success in business development and a strong network within the shipping and logistics industry.
