Programs Coordinator

Programs Coordinator

Location: Nairobi

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Programs Coordinator to lead the recruitment and delivery of our Leadership Program and other key initiatives. This role is central to ensuring the program runs seamlessly — from attracting the right professionals to delivering an exceptional learning and transformation experience.
You will work closely with facilitators, alumni, and partners to ensure that every participant journey is meaningful, impactful, and aligned with our mission of shaping leaders who will reimagine Kenya and Africa’s future.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Outreach
Lead the full recruitment cycle for the Leadership Program — prospecting, outreach, application management, and conversion.
Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies (events, webinars, partnerships, campaigns) to attract high-potential mid-career professionals.
Build strong pipelines by nurturing relationships with alumni, corporate partners, and professional networks.
2. Program Coordination & Delivery
Manage end-to-end program logistics — scheduling, communication, resources, and event coordination.
Support facilitators, mentors, and guest speakers to ensure a smooth and engaging delivery experience.
Monitor participant engagement and ensure learning outcomes and transformation goals are achieved.
3. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
Engage alumni, faculty, and partners as active contributors to the program experience.
Coordinate with strategic partners to enhance value for participants and extend program impact.
4. Systems, Learning & Reporting
Develop systems to track recruitment metrics, participant data, and program outcomes.
Collect and analyze feedback to inform continuous improvement and scaling.
Document best practices and lessons learned for program optimization.
5. Additional Projects
Support other initiatives — from new program pilots to ecosystem-building events.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in program coordination, recruitment, or leadership development.
Proven experience engaging with mid-career professionals and senior stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment cycles, talent engagement, and learning program delivery.
Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
