Our client operates a manufacturing facility in the Industrial area of Nairobi. They have retained our services to support the hiring process for the position of Receptionist/ Inside Sales Representative.
The job holder will be in charge of the office, incorporating the following responsibilities:
- Client management
- Internal and external communications
- Management/ payment of utilities
- Receipt/ administration of written and electronic correspondence
- Internal meeting management
- Office supplies
- Reception area maintenance and office cleanliness
We invite applications from candidates with a minimum of diploma-level education and 3 years of experience as a receptionist in a busy office.
