We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive people initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a business partner to leadership, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· IHRM membership is mandatory.
· Minimum 10 years’ HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
· Experience working in a Retail setup is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
