Keda (Kenya) Ceramics company Itd is the largest Ceramic Tile Manufacturing Company in Kenya. The company deals with the production of Ceramic Tiles and it is located along Namanga Road, 6 km from Kajiado town.
The company is urgently seeking to recruit a competent and qualified Transportation Specialist to work in Nairobi with at least 3 years of experience with the following descriptions and specifications:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrange for shipping and release by container.
- Contact sales, Warehouses, and planning agents for overweight, pick-up containers.
- Contact for special container transportation.
- Follow up with the transporter to return empty containers.
- Transporter rating, development, maintenance, and freight coordination.
- Customs clearance and transportation of air cargo to the warehouse
- Follow up on Warehouse delays.
- Other tasks assigned.
Education and other qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in business-related majors or logistics management
- 3 years experience in the transportation industry
- Clear work logic.
- Good working habits.
- Must be energetic.
