Sales Representative – Alcoholic Beverages

Location: Nairobi (Ngong Road)

Job Purpose

To drive sales growth by promoting and selling the company’s alcoholic products, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell company products to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and other retail outlets
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and volume goals
  • Identify and onboard new customers to grow the business
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Monitor stock levels at customer outlets and ensure proper product availability
  • Conduct regular market visits and provide feedback on competitor activities and trends
  • Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and branding in outlets
  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from customers
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales (experience in the alcohol or FMCG industry is an added advantage)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good knowledge of the Nairobi market
  • Valid driving license (preferred)
