An established engineering firm based in Mombasa is looking for an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team.
- Experience: 5–7 years in HR
- Industry: Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Marine, Oil & Gas, or other industrial environments
- Education: Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
- Added advantage: CHRP-K / IHRM membership
- Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and labour compliance
- Manufacturing/industrial HR experience is highly desirable.
