We are looking for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be registered with the relevant professional body where applicable.
- Good knowledge of construction costs, BOQs, valuations, variations, tendering, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in relevant QS software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in building/civil construction will be an added advantage.
