We are seeking a presentable, customer-focused, and proactive Shop Attendant to join a growing fashion house
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Support sales, product displays, and merchandising.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, orderliness, and visual appeal.
- Manage stock, assist with stocktaking, and monitor inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries and support daily shop operations.
- Support social media engagement and online customer inquiries where necessary.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
- Good grooming, a positive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and social media skills.
- Honest, reliable, organized, and willing to learn in a growing business.
