Overall Purpose Of The Role
The incumbent will contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the Society by coordinating its administrative and human resources functions.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop Programmes that enhance employee relations.
- Ensuring employees have the correct pay and benefits.
- Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team.
- Promote equality, health, and safety within the Society.
- Ensure that Society employment policies follow national laws and regulations.
- Advise the executive on matters of salaries, redundancy, and employment law.
- Record and process confidential information.
- Act as a focal point on issues related to HR Policies.
- Provides advice and direction to senior management in the Society on workforce planning and other HR related issues to foster sound decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Member of a professional body such as IHRM.
- At least 3 Years’ experience as an HR/Admin Officer.
- Experience working in an NGO.
