Location: Westlands, Nairobi
Purpose of the Role
The Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen is responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all hot kitchen menu items to the highest standards of quality, consistency, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver food to the required quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain food safety compliance at all times.
- Complete mise en place before each service.
- Keep food waste to a minimum.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and within designated timelines.
- Contribute positively to the kitchen team and overall guest experience.
