Due to practice growth, MMK has an opening for a relatively senior advocate with extensive employment law advisory and disputes/litigation experience to add to the team.
This is a senior role, with the right candidate expected to join at Senior Associate, Director, or Salaried Partner level depending on their current level, experience, and expertise.
Right candidate: You should currently be working, or have previously worked in a top or medium-sized, highly regarded law firm. In addition, you should have a proven and demonstrable track record in handling a complex variety of employment law advisory work and dispute resolution matters from start to finish with minimal to no supervision.
You should also have experience in supervising and mentoring younger advocates and support staff, managing matters proactively, maintaining strong turnaround times, and taking ownership of files and client relationships.
