We have the following positions for deployment with our client, operating in the renewable energy sector, in Nairobi and up-country
Key responsibilities:
- Dispatching Daily product Orders.
- Attending to walk-in customers.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Participate in stock takes.
- Submit replenishment requests before stock falls below the minimum threshold
- Maintain sales invoice records by preparing daily sales summary reports.
- Submit daily customer service and inventory reports
- Customer Experience Marshal
- Acknowledge walk-in customers and direct them to the relevant service area.
- Monitor and follow up on walk-in customer orders.
- Track and coordinate customer flow.
- Submitting a weekly Customer experience report.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction.
We invite applications from candidates who have a minimum qualification of a degree or diploma in supply chain, purchasing, economics, commerce, or related subjects from a recognised institution, or qualifications in a technical field, including electrical and automotive engineering, from NYS or TVT institutions.
Candidates with 2/3 years of experience in a customer-facing role will have a definite advantage.
Candidates are expected to have good communication skills (both oral and written), practical knowledge of MS Office, pleasant and practical disposition.
