We are seeking a results-driven Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow vehicle-based sales operations for an EABL distributor based in Thika. If FMCG sales are your second language and targets excite you more than coffee breaks, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the vehicle sales team
- Drive sales volumes, route efficiency, and market coverage
- Ensure effective distribution and availability of EABL products
- Monitor daily sales performance, stock movement, and collections
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Prepare sales reports and support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience in FMCG sales (mandatory)
- Previous experience managing a vehicle/route sales team
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Valid driving license (because dashboards matter)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
