We’re looking for a Business Development Executive, Retail Life to drive growth, manage sales teams, and build strong client and partner relationships across Kenya’s Central Region.
In this role, you’ll lead, train, and mentor agency managers, team leaders, and aggregators, achieve retail life sales targets, and ensure top-notch customer service, retention, and compliance.
If you have 5 years+ experience in retail life insurance sales, with a minimum of 3 years managing sales teams, and a deep understanding of insurance sales, agency management, and business development, we would like to hear from you.
