A well-established 4-Star Lodge in Naivasha is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in hospitality sales to aggressively grow revenue across accommodation, conferencing, camping, and grounds/events business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for rooms, conferences, camping, grounds hire, and events
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets
- Actively source new corporate, group, leisure, camping, and events business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, agents, tour operators, NGOs, and event planners
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and market activations
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
- Prepare regular sales performance reports against set targets
- Work closely with Operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Highly self-driven and performance-oriented
- Salary based on experience
- Attractive commissions upon achieving and exceeding targets
