A well-established 4-Star Lodge in Naivasha is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in hospitality sales to aggressively grow revenue across accommodation, conferencing, camping, and grounds/events business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth for rooms, conferences, camping, grounds hire, and events
  • Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets
  • Actively source new corporate, group, leisure, camping, and events business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, agents, tour operators, NGOs, and event planners
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and market activations
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports against set targets
  • Work closely with Operations 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Highly self-driven and performance-oriented
  • Salary based on experience
  • Attractive commissions upon achieving and exceeding targets
