Head of Collections

Reports to: the CEO

We’re looking for a strong, results-driven Head of Collections to lead end-to-end collections operations and drive portfolio performance, profitability, and consistent cash flow.

What you’ll do:

• Own collections performance across all portfolios

• Lead and scale high-performing collections teams

• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Drive productivity, discipline, and compliance

• Manage dynamic stakeholder needs and client expectations

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years’ experience in collections or credit management

• Senior leadership experience in target-driven environments.

• Strong execution mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to communicate the big picture while driving results
