Are you a dynamic leader with vast experience in insurance and branch operations? We’re hiring a Branch Manager to oversee marketing, customer service, and overall operations management at our Nairobi city branch.
In this role, you’ll drive branch profitability, develop teams, strengthen client relationships, and implement strategies that align with Liberty Kenya’s brand purpose of helping customers achieve financial freedom. If you have 10+ years in the insurance industry, including 3 years in branch management, strong leadership skills, a strong relationship with intermediaries in the city, and a passion for building high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.
