- Our client, a leading manufacturing & retail brand across East, Central & Southern Africa, is looking for an experienced professional to oversee property development and project execution.
- You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all contractual & regulatory standards.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or Law (7–10 years’ experience).
- Strong knowledge of contracts, land laws & permitting processes across the region is essential.
