Location: Nairobi.

What You’ll Do:
- Sort out the ongoing or upcoming construction sites in the area, and complete the summary and report to the sales manager..
- Follow up the engineering orders of key customers, from quotation, sample delivery, inventory communication, distribution, after-sales, and other work..
- Deal with engineering customer complaints, including but not limited to product quality, delays, and out-of-stocks.
- Continue to maintain good cooperative relations with builders, bring stable partners to the company, and broaden the channels of the company's engineering projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with working experience in the building materials industry for more than 3 years.
- More than 3 years of experience in the maintenance of engineering customers, proficient in communicating with various processes of engineering customers, and have experience in frequently visiting customer sites.
- Proficient in daily office software such as Excel, Word, and PPT, and will formally summarize and report work.
- Experience working on Real Estate projects, have engineering experience, developer, and good at design.
