Job Summary:
We are seeking a
dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our land banking team in
Kenya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of land
parcels, fostering relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth
and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Sales Generation:
·
Actively promote and sell land parcels to prospective buyers.
·
Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed
sales targets, including effective negotiation and closing skills.
·
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead
generation, networking, and market research.
·
Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and follow up
on leads to close sales.
·
Develop a deep understanding of our land portfolio to effectively
communicate the value proposition to clients.
2.
Client Relationship Management:
·
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and
potential clients.
·
Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer tailored
property solutions.
·
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
3.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
·
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry
developments.
·
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market
opportunities and customer preferences.
·
Develop sales strategies and campaigns to promote properties
effectively and maximize sales potential.
4.
Documentation and Compliance:
·
Assist clients with the necessary documentation and legal
procedures related to land property sales.
·
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in
property transactions.
5.
Team Collaboration:
·
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional
materials and campaigns.
·
Coordinate with other departments such as finance, legal, and
operations to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.
·
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team
discussions to share insights and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
·
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or
a related field.
·
Proven experience in land property investment or a similar role,
preferably in the Kenyan market.
·
Strong understanding of the land property industry, market trends,
and sales techniques.
·
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet
deadlines.
·
Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
·
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
·
Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to land property
sales is desirable.
·
Ability to report to an office full-time and willing to travel
on-site visits weekly, including Saturdays.
