We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Head of Treasury & Corporate Finance to lead Group-wide liquidity, treasury, funding and corporate finance activities across multiple business units.
- 8–15 years’ experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking or related fields, with proven group/multi-entity finance experience
- Experience within a busy or large manufacturing industry is required
- Strong expertise in liquidity, cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
- Proven experience in fundraising, debt/equity financing, financial structuring and banking negotiations.
- Strong capability in financial modelling, investment appraisal and capital allocation.
- Experience overseeing BU Finance teams and driving financial performance, controls and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; ACCA, CPA or CFA is an advantage.
