Victory Global Impact Africa, a premier Hospitality Recruitment and Leadership Training Agency, is urgently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client in the Hospitality & Tourism Industry with 3 New Boutique Hotel Properties, 2 in Diani, South Coast, and one in Elementaita, Kenya.
We are seeking dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Hotel Managers ready to lead high-performing hotel teams and deliver exceptional business results.
Each Hotel Manager will take full responsibility for the property’s day-to-day operations, budgets, and profitability. This includes effective planning, leadership, organization, and control of all strategic, operational, and financial aspects, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the hotel's operations to ensure guest satisfaction, compliance, and profitability.
- Oversee Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations.
- Apply yield and revenue management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality industry ratios, HR policies, and relevant legislation.
- Drive marketing, sales, and distribution strategies.
- Manage finances, budgets, and cost controls.
- Maintain operational systems (POS, PMS, IT, AV, telecommunications).
- Foster cultural awareness and adapt to diverse guest markets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and people management abilities.
- Skilled in training, coaching, and performance management.
- Financial acumen with strong numerical and verbal reasoning.
- Outstanding communication (written & verbal).
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of hospitality leadership management experience in hotels/resorts, Lodges, (East Africa experience preferred).
- Degree in Hotel Management or related field (essential).
- Having attended Hospitality Leadership Courses is an added advantage.
