We have recently been awarded a project to digitize manual records. We would like to hire a records digitization team lead on a 1-year contract.
The team lead will manage a team of records clerks who will carry out document scanning/record digitization, ensuring adherence to critical KPIs, achievement of set targets, quality, and team motivation.
We invite applications from candidates with relevant qualifications in records management, knowledge of digital records management, knowledge of scanning machine operations, and experience in leading a team.
