About the Role
The Programs Manager will lead the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of impactful programs that advance our mission. You will work closely with communities, partners, and stakeholders to ensure quality, inclusion, and sustainable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Ensure programs meet quality, impact, and compliance standards
- Build and manage partnerships with communities and stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and support program staff and volunteers
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Prepare reports and communicate successes and lessons learned
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development, Public Health, Sports Management, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in program management, preferably in NGO or community development.
- Strong project management, leadership, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Passion for sport, health, and youth development.
