We are looking for a visionary and highly experienced General Manager to oversee the entire hotel operations, driving commercial growth and top-tier guest satisfaction for a premium property in Nairobi.
- Operations: Oversee daily operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance).
- Financial & Strategy: Manage full P&L, set annual budgets, handle strategic forecasting, and drive cost controls.
- Commercial Growth: Lead revenue management strategy, drive sales initiatives, and execute an aggressive yearly marketing plan.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate HoDs to maintain high performance and brand service standards.
