Our client operating in the hospitality industry has retained our services to support the hiring process for a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Sales Professional to join their team in growing the hospitality team in Mombasa.We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and professional individual who is passionate about hospitality, guest experiences, and sales growth.

Position Summary

The Sales Professional will be responsible for generating bookings, building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling guest inquiries, and driving revenue growth for serviced apartments and other hospitality services. This is a target-driven role requiring a proactive individual with strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle guest and client inquiries
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients
  • Promote accommodation and hospitality services
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups on inquiries and prospective clients
  • Assist guests throughout the booking process and stay journey
  • Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Support the achievement of monthly sales and occupancy targets

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Must currently reside in Mombasa or environs
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Front office or reservations experience is an added advantage
  • Good digital literacy and computer skills
  • Experience using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and online booking platforms is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Flexible, self-driven, and proactive personality
  • Well-groomed and professionally presentable
  • Candidates must be 25 years and above
