Location: Kisumu
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the FMCG industry with at least 5 years supervising a Sales Team
- Must be computer literate and MUST have experience using a digitalized sales system
- Self-driven individual with the ability to achieve targets and motivate a team to achieve targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and team management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop solutions to problems.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.
- A person of high integrity (A thorough background check is done BEFORE employment)
