A company based in Parklands is looking for a skilled, proactive, and solution-oriented IT Support Specialist to join their team.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle technical support efficiently
- Must reside in Nairobi or be willing to work in Parklands
Key Duties:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software & network-related issues
- Provide daily technical support to staff
- Install, configure & maintain office computers and IT equipment
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of IT systems & networks
