Customer Service Supervisor

We are currently looking for a customer service supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a high-volume Contact Centre/Customer Service environment
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Experience in training, coaching, and developing customer service teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, telephony systems, and digital customer service platforms

Candidates with an insurance background will have an added advantage.
