Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily and weekly work for the service team; ensure timely, accurate completion of assignments.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of tractors and related machinery.
- Provide high-quality pre-sales, sales, and after-sales technical support to customers.
- Lead training for customers and team members; develop training plans.
- Manage workshop tools and accessories; support cargo unloading and receiving inspections as required.
- Ensure safety in production and adherence to all safety rules and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering Diploma or Degree.
- Experience: At least 5 years in maintenance work involving mechanical and/or electrical engineering; tractor/equipment experience preferred.
- Physical: Male, age 30+, good health.
- Certifications: Mechanical/electrical technical certifications as applicable.
