Location: Mombasa
Our client operates in the real estate hospitality sector in Mombasa. They have retained our services to support the hiring process for a customer service executive to be based at their Mombasa office.
We invite applications from candidates with:
- degree/diploma level qualifications in hospitality or related fields,
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role,
- good communication skills and knowledge in the use of CRM system (not mandatory),
- and are currently residents of Mombasa City or its environs.
Candidates without experience but with good customer service aptitude will also be considered.
Both male and female candidates aged 30+ are encouraged to apply.
