Our client operates a manufacturing facility located in the industrial area of Nairobi. They have retained our services to support the hiring process for the position of company receptionist.
The desired candidate will be a high-energy and pleasant communications professional with excellent customer service skills.
Your key responsibility will be to enthusiastically welcome clients and provide them with information and support to fulfil their visit intentions.
You will also be responsible for administering the front office and be the first point of contact in relation to company communication, cutting across walk-in clients, telephone communication, social media handles, email contact, and all other forms of communication.
We invite applications from candidates who have a diploma-level qualification coupled with 2+ years of experience in customer service, have a pleasant and welcoming disposition, and are energetic and practical in approach.
