We are seeking to recruit a Planning Officer to work in our PMC department. Successful candidates will be responsible for, among other tasks:
Responsibilities:
R-I Service management and order reviews:
- Coordinate with other departmental personnel to confirm material delivery time, order status, production status, and standard capacity review orders.
R-II Production order and the master plan:
- Ensure that the production order is issued and the order operation group is entered into the system in time.
- Update the master plan schedule in a timely manner and ensure production plan key requirements and special arrangement coordination.
R- III Production plan, material schedule, organization, and implementation:
- Monitor and coordinate weekly production plans and daily scheduling instructions.
- Overall adjustment and follow-up feedback on weekly production plans.
R-IV Standard capacity summary analysis and feedback on production plan execution results:
- Summary statistics and submission reports on the achievement rate of the production weekly plan.
- Monitor and follow-up of improvement measures and reporting of improvement.
R-V Stock control procedures and material consumption:
- A part in finished/semi-finished product inventory control
- At least three years of experience as a planner, related position, or setup.
- Proficiency in related software and systems like SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order review and control procedures related management system.
- Analytical thinking, interpersonal abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and understanding in production and planning process flows.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study preferred.
- The ability to communicate in Chinese will be considered an added advantage.
