We are seeking to recruit a Process Engineer to work in our company. Successful candidates will be responsible for, among other tasks:
Responsibilities:
- Development of new products, new materials, and new processes.
- Assist in the implementation of product risk management through validation and evaluation of clinical applications of products in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop product quotas and maintain the system
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification
- Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data
- Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
- Perform process simulations
- Manage cost and time constraints
- Perform risk assessments
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions
- Other related duties as may be required by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related Field with more than 3 years of work experience in a process position.
- Skilled in the use of computers and related office software, skilled in the use of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of product design, quotation standardization, and cost control.
- Strong sense of professionalism, learning, integrity, and innovation.
- Familiar with process verification and validation methods and processes, and output process verification and validation program report;
