We are looking for a driven Credit Collections Officer to manage client payments and follow up on outstanding balances within our real estate portfolio. The role requires strong negotiation skills and experience handling property-related accounts while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in credit collections, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to meet collection targets and prepare basic reports.
