Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, manage a small but skilled team, and execute a high-quality breakfast and all-day menu that complements our coffee program. The ideal candidate has a modern café background, creative flair, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and food quality
  • Develop and refine menu items with seasonal ingredients
  • Manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and hygiene standards
  • Control food cost, wastage, and inventory
  • Work closely with the operations and coffee teams to ensure a consistent guest experience
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, HACCP standards, and supplier relations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a premium café or restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Menu development and costing experience
  • Passion for quality ingredients, presentation, and consistency
  • Diploma or degree in culinary arts (preferred)
