Job Overview

A leading provider of IT support, software, hardware, and cybersecurity solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand their client base and drive revenue growth across SMEs, enterprises, and financial institutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business Development, or related field
  • At least 3 years of business development experience in ICT & security solutions
  • Hands-on sales experience in:
    • Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Security)
    • EDR & Endpoint Security
    • Data Backup & Disaster Recovery
    • Firewalls & Network Security
    • VAPT & IT Audits
    • Managed IT & Cybersecurity Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and revenue growth to achieve branch breakeven within 6 months
  • Identify, pitch, and close deals with SMEs, enterprises, and financial institutions
  • Build a recurring revenue pipeline for IT and cybersecurity services
  • Develop local go-to-market strategies and manage pricing, proposals, and contracts
  • Oversee P&L, revenue forecasting, and cost control
  • Gradually build and lead a local sales and technical team

Salary & Benefits

  • KSh 160,000 – 190,000
