Job Overview
A leading provider of IT support, software, hardware, and cybersecurity solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand their client base and drive revenue growth across SMEs, enterprises, and financial institutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business Development, or related field
- At least 3 years of business development experience in ICT & security solutions
- Hands-on sales experience in:
- Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Security)
- EDR & Endpoint Security
- Data Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Firewalls & Network Security
- VAPT & IT Audits
- Managed IT & Cybersecurity Services
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and revenue growth to achieve branch breakeven within 6 months
- Identify, pitch, and close deals with SMEs, enterprises, and financial institutions
- Build a recurring revenue pipeline for IT and cybersecurity services
- Develop local go-to-market strategies and manage pricing, proposals, and contracts
- Oversee P&L, revenue forecasting, and cost control
- Gradually build and lead a local sales and technical team
Salary & Benefits
- KSh 160,000 – 190,000
