We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Assistant to support our work
Key Responsibilities:
1.Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
2. Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
3. Manage order processing, tracking, and timely communication with clients.
4. Support procurement ,supply chain and dispatch activities
5. Maintain accurate records and ensure service delivery standards are met.
Key Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in customer service (essential).
2. Background in cold chain, logistics, or supply chain is a strong advantage.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong client/vendor relationships.
5. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
