- Diploma In Food Production Or Related Field
- Minimum 2 Years. Proven Work Experience In A Busy Kitchen
- Knowledge Of Various Cooking Procedures & Methods
NB: Pastry An Added Advantage

- Ability To Follow All Sanitation Procedures
- Team Player
- Good communicator
- Flexibility For Different Shifts
- Self-driven
- Ability To Do A Stock Take And Understand the re-oder levels of day-to-day activities
