We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our hospitality team. As the head of our housekeeping department, train housekeeping associates, perform daily inspections of rooms and public areas, and ensure exceptional service to all customers. Additionally, you ensure adequate inventory levels of cleaning products, deliver vacuums and other equipment for regular maintenance, and collaborate with other department heads and managers to create an enjoyable experience for every guest. Our ideal candidate has five or more years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a leadership role.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in hospitality or equivalent.
- Housekeeping experience, managerial or business experience.
- A Minimum experience of 3 years and above as an executive housekeeper.
- Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills, entrepreneurial, think out of the box, and able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the networks.
- Adequate knowledge of personalized services principles and processes.
- Familiarity with the industry's latest trends.
- Proficiency in English and other languages added an advantage.
- Excellent problem-resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Demonstrate teamwork ability and interpersonal skills.
