We are seeking skilled and experienced Optic Fiber Specialists to join our technical team and drive the implementation, design, and configuration of high-capacity optical transmission networks.
- Network Design & Configuration: Design, configure, and optimize optical transmission networks to ensure high-speed, reliable data transmission.
- Fiber Deployment & Splicing: Oversee and execute fiber optic installation, routing, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct rigorous optical testing (using OTDR, power meters, etc.) to verify link performance, attenuation, and compliance with specifications.
- Documentation & Technical Support: Maintain accurate records of fiber paths, splice diagrams, as-built documentation, and provide technical support during rollouts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- General Experience: Established industry track record of not less than five (5) years in the field of Telecommunications and ICT.
- Specific Experience: At least three (3) years of specific experience in the design and configuration of optical transmission networks.
