Our client in the corporate governance, leadership, and medical training space is seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Officer to support business growth, student recruitment, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare tender documents, proposals, and expressions of interest.
- Develop partnerships with corporate, government, and institutional clients.
- Support marketing, student recruitment, and client-retention initiatives.
- Maintain business-development records and submit performance reports.
- Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- A master's degree will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of two years and a maximum of three years’ relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare tender documents and compelling proposals.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
- Self-driven, well-organised, and able to work with minimal supervision.
