Join Our Team
We are seeking a mature, business-oriented, and analytical Human Resource professional who understands that HR is a strategic business partner. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions while driving organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Partner with management to align HR systems with business objectives.
- Drive performance management, employee productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution in compliance with Kenyan labour laws.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate learning and development programs to build organizational capability.
- Manage compensation, benefits administration, and performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- Higher National Diploma or postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) certification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years' progressive HR experience.
- Experience supporting senior leadership in HR related decision-making.
