Join Our Team

We are seeking a mature, business-oriented, and analytical Human Resource professional who understands that HR is a strategic business partner. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions while driving organizational performance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to align HR systems with business objectives. 
  • Drive performance management, employee productivity, and organizational effectiveness. 
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to management. 
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution in compliance with Kenyan labour laws. 
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. 
  • Coordinate learning and development programs to build organizational capability. 
  • Manage compensation, benefits administration, and performance appraisal processes. 
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and statutory requirements. 
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration 
  • Higher National Diploma or postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) certification is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years' progressive HR experience. 
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in HR related decision-making.

  • High emotional intelligence and maturity. 
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment. 
  • Results-driven with strong planning and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
