Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2. CPA(K) or equivalent professional qualification.
3. A member of ICPAK in good standing.
4. 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a school or educational institution.
5. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, payroll processing, Kenyan tax laws, and statutory compliance.
6. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
7. Tech-savvy with the ability to work with digital accounting and school management systems.
