Role Summary
Our client in the Hotel Industry is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food safety standards, and support the financial performance of the hotel’s dining operations.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2–3 years of Food & Beverage experience with supervisory responsibility
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Basic financial management and reporting skills
- Fluency in English and local languages such as Swahili
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service
- Lead, train, and support Food & Beverage staff to ensure high service standards
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and food and beverage cost control
- Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Manage schedules, labor costs, cash handling, and POS procedures
- Prepare reports, analyze sales performance, and ensure compliance with hotel policies
