- Diploma in Hospitality or Housekeeping Management
- 3+ years’ experience in housekeeping, including a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work flexible hours
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
