Omega Opticians Limited is seeking to recruit a highly competent, results-oriented, and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement effective financial controls and policies.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Supervise accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA(K) or ACCA qualification.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and ERP/accounting systems.
- Knowledge and experience in the optical industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
